Divorce
Divorce is a harsh reality of the 21st century and one that many people feel powerless to avoid. Contrary to some social commentators, we believe that the vast majority of people work hard to save their marriages. The decision to divorce is not taken on a whim or as an easy option. We are all human, we all make mistakes and consequently relationships will fail. Divorce is a hugely challenging situation symbolised by the difficult and disturbing emotions of grief, loss, fear, anger, doubt and regret.
Divorce is a turning point in your life and at no point shall we pretend that it is easy, but there are steps that can be taken that can help you take stock of your situation and decide where you want to go next. You can feel broken, empty and resentful for the rest of your life or you can choose to work to heal the wounds of your divorce and become happy and whole again.
