After an email or phone call, we arrange a time for your session. We exchange skype addresses and I will call you at the arranged time. Skype works well for people with busy schedules or those who travel a lot.
Is Skype Coaching as effective as face to face coaching?
Yes! In my experience working together on Skype can be as good as other coaching methods. There are some benefits such as flexibility for the client, reduced travel time and costs to get to sessions. For some people just being in their own home or office makes them feel more safe and comfortable.*
For some people writing helps them process their thoughts. Exactly what we do depends on you and your goals, but I will generally set reflective exercises for you to complete in your own time, and then we'll discuss. E-mail coaching allows you to work at your own pace, you are never on the 'spot' or under pressure.*
