Our first session is about getting to know each other, to find out how I can best support you, to define what you can expect to gain from coaching and to outline the objectives you are setting out to achieve. Further sessions will be focused on empowering you to achieve these objectives. The great thing about coaching is that you will learn how to identify problems and learn techniques to solve problems, that you will be able to apply to all areas of your life, throughout your life.
This is your opportunity to talk in a safe, non-judgemental, private place. No question is too big or too small and there is no such thing as a bad question. Here are some topics that are frequently discussed:
